Concertina Loft Ladders™

This Loft ladder provides the perfect solution for those "awkward" applications where loft opening or floor space is limited. It is also ideal where space within the loft is limited as it folds into a "cube" and needs no clearance outside of the loft opening perimeter. In short, it will fit in almost all cases and has the added benefit of being the easiest of all loft ladders to fit.

Easy to fit - the loft ladder is supplied fully assembled, and we even give you the kit to enable you to convert your existing "lift up" loft hatch door to "swing down" into the room
Very strong - maximum load 150kg (23.5 stone)
Extra deep (80mm/3")) and wide (340mm/1'1") treads for safe and easy use
For durability the loft ladder has a stainless steel carriage and bolts, giving it that "solid" feel - BEWARE, ALUMINIUM BOLTS USED IN SOME OTHER MODELS CAN BREAK
Easy to operate - the loft ladder features twin springs to support its weight when being lowered from or raised into the loft making operation light and easy
Adjustable base position giving maximum flexibility when there is confined space in the room below
Requires minimum loft aperture only 430mm (1' 5") wide (the side the loft ladder will attach to) and 570mm (1'10") long and therefore suitable for almost all applications
Supplied with full instructions written in plain English
