Thankyou for the answer to all my problems! I'm a lead man by trade so alot of my work is on awkward, hard to get to domestic stuff. I've got a step ladder that i fall off regularly and a large 3 piece extender that even seperated doesn't fit anywhere. Wish i'd known earlier and would've bought a bigger one and got rid of the roof rack! What a great piece of equipment and bang on the money!!! NO MORE TOWERS OR DODGEY SELF BUILD SCAFFOLD. Not fully tested it yet but i'm 15 stone(ish) and had a good bounce about and it all seems fine. Over the moon and definitely be recommending to other trades. Hi there :) Just a quick note as feedback forces us to be rather concise. This ladder is immense :) As elevated platform it has been brilliant to fit long sections of PVC trunking and route the wires inside them (is a pain on one's own with a regular ladder) an to fit the curtain rails, and fully extended is tall enough to reach the satellite dish to replace the cables. As a matter of fact I couldn't have tackled some of the jobs without it. Kindest regards

Ladder arrived within 24 hours of placing order! Everything needed for fitting was supplied including instructions & useful tips. The ladder itself was fully assembled and ready to screw or bolt into place. Fitting, although simple, does require some ingenuity if doing it yourself in order to support the weight of the laddder while fixing the bolts ~ BPS do give tips on doing this.

I have to say how brilliant the ladder is! I have a very awkward loft space due to the position of the water tanks, a bi-fold or tri-fold ladder wouldn't have fitted! My cousin boarded out my loft yesterday, and fitted the 9ft concertina ladder. It was so easy to fit, and takes up no space, my cousin and his wife were so impressed, so simple, yet perfect! TNT were very efficient. The online tracking wasn't working, but the helpline staff were courteous and helpful, advising me the goods had been dispatched, but to feel free to call again later for an update, if not received by 2pm. Hi Luke. I have to congratulate you & the rest of the staff at BPS on being one of the most proffesional and easiest company's I've dealt with, both on ebay and with other trade companys. And as for the quality of the product, I cant fault it in any way, truely top quality and hell of a price.(And it's not made in China!!!) Infact, I nearly bought the exact same tower last Friday, from XXXX Builders Merchants in Reading, and it would have set me back just over £450 +VAT!, so I'm happpy on that side too. I have got one question though. If I wanted to buy any additional sections for the tower, i.e pack 3 to make it a 5.5m tower, can I contact you direct or would you prefer through ebay?
