I am very pleased with the product (4x4 Rung - 4.75m (15'7") Superior Latest 'Big Red Foot' Multi Purpose Ladder with free Extra Strong 2-part platform and 2 x Step Platform). It is a brilliant piece of kit and was invaluable to me when I decorated the stairwell of a four storey building.

The ladder was delivered with no problems. We have already installed and it works great. We had no space to expand an access hole for a larger ladder unless we changed the direction of the opening and then would have had to do bracing work with the floor joists. We had also looked at the telescoping ones but the problem there was this is space above the garage and we are always carry things up and down and the telescoping ones just did not seem as safe as yours and the tread feature is really nice too.

| So it's only a ladder...but holy mother, this thing is utterly astounding. Even Mrs Max was genuinely impressed! Utterly stable, astonishingly versatile and just about light enough to be handled by one person (though easier with two). As a ladder it's useful, as a platform it's revolutionary!! Didn't even consider this when we bought it, but decorating from a platform is sooo much easier than off of a ladder. It's also brilliantly good quality - feels really well made and sturdy - and pound for pound the best value item we've ever bought, bar none. Just don't know how they do it for the money!? I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your excellent customer service, from the gentleman that answered my questions prior to purchase, through to the gentleman that delivered said ladder!
As for the ladder itself, the quality and safety features are "beyond my wildest dreams"! The ladder was bought for a purpose (having previously hired one for years and years), as I live in a house that is covered top to bottom in ivy, honeysuckle and clematis, which has to be kept in good order. Having purchased this product from you at the beginning of February, to solve a reach problem in decorating my hall and stairs, I would like to say how successful it has been. I had to make up a 6 inch platform to raise the ladder so that its top platform was supported by the upstairs landing, but having done so it worked brilliantly and gave me the stability and reach I needed to carry out all of the tasks needed, including hanging wallpaper, that I would not have achieved any other way.

I’ve just got to say, my Son and I put up the 7m Tower and 4 outriggers in about 1 half hours, no doubt it’ll be a lot quicker now we know how it goes up, and I was surprised how well made it is. Fantastic! Easy to install, great quality, secure and very easy to use.
It took me less than 2 hours to install, I managed it on my own having removed the ladder/ steps and released the spring tension (yes it would have been easier/ safer with help).

| We bought the 3.8m Telescopic Ladder for use as a ladder to get into the recently boarded out loft. Even the very compact and ingenious Concertina ladder would not be totally suitable for the orientation and size of the opening. Not only is this ladder superb for its originally intended use but I recently used it outside where its stability and strength really come into their own. This is not just a ladder of convenience but is better and more stable than my professional quality extending ladders so where I do not need the height I have been using the Telescopic Ladder. I wasn’t sure about the stabilising bar but it really does give a feeling of total security, even on less than ideal terrain. Storage in a cupboard adjacent to the loft opening is just so easy. This is a beautifully engineered piece of equipment and the ease of extending it and collapsing it never cease to amaze me. If you buy one you will not be disappointed!

Thankyou for the answer to all my problems! I'm a lead man by trade so alot of my work is on awkward, hard to get to domestic stuff. I've got a step ladder that i fall off regularly and a large 3 piece extender that even seperated doesn't fit anywhere. Wish i'd known earlier and would've bought a bigger one and got rid of the roof rack! What a great piece of equipment and bang on the money!!! NO MORE TOWERS OR DODGEY SELF BUILD SCAFFOLD. Not fully tested it yet but i'm 15 stone(ish) and had a good bounce about and it all seems fine. Over the moon and definitely be recommending to other trades.

Just a quick note as feedback forces us to be rather concise.
This ladder is immense :) As elevated platform it has been brilliant to fit long sections of PVC trunking and route the wires inside them (is a pain on one's own with a regular ladder) an to fit the curtain rails, and fully extended is tall enough to reach the satellite dish to replace the cables.
As a matter of fact I couldn't have tackled some of the jobs without it.

I have to say how brilliant the ladder is!
I have a very awkward loft space due to the position of the water tanks, a bi-fold or tri-fold ladder wouldn't have fitted!
My cousin boarded out my loft yesterday, and fitted the 9ft concertina ladder.
It was so easy to fit, and takes up no space, my cousin and his wife were so impressed, so simple, yet perfect!
I now have the confidence to use the previously wasted storage space...The price of the ladder was a lot cheaper than moving house.

I have to congratulate you & the rest of the staff at BPS on being one of the most proffesional and easiest company's I've dealt with, both on ebay and with other trade companys. And as for the quality of the product, I cant fault it in any way, truely top quality and hell of a price.(And it's not made in China!!!) Infact, I nearly bought the exact same tower last Friday, from XXXX Builders Merchants in Reading, and it would have set me back just over £450 +VAT!, so I'm happpy on that side too.
I have got one question though. If I wanted to buy any additional sections for the tower, i.e pack 3 to make it a 5.5m tower, can I contact you direct or would you prefer through ebay?
