F.A.Q.

Do you have a "cut-off" time for next day delivery?
Yes, orders should be received by 3.00pm the working day (Monday to Friday) before you require delivery.

When will my product be delivered?
We aim for next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery on all items. If your order is received after 3.00pm then your product will dispatched the following working day. For instance, if you place an order at 4.00pm on a Friday, we will dispatch the product the following Monday, for delivery to you on Tuesday. Our carriers deliver between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.

Can you provide me with a delivery time?
Unfortunately not. You can, however, check the progress of a delivery by contacting our carrier's - details and your individual tracking (consignment) number will be emailed to you on dispatch of your product. You can telephone our carriers (Tuffnells) on 0208 310 9989 giving them your tracking (consignment) number. If, at the time of ordering, you stipulate a Saturday or weekday morning delivery then this can be arranged for a small additional charge.

Can I specify a delivery address which is different to the address where my payment card is registered?
Yes, we have the facility to deliver to any specified address, for instance your work or a relative/friends address

What happens if I am not at home when your carrier delivers my product?
We understand that there will be times when you will not be able to wait in for delivery and therefore give our carriers instructions that your product can be left with a neighbour. On delivery, we ask that you or your representative thoroughly check the product to ensure that it is not damaged. If you do have to leave your property when delivery is expected, please advise your neighbour of the need to do this

What if only part of my order is delivered?
If your order consists or more than one part (as with some scaffold towers) the total number of parts will be shown on the delivery note which will be attached to your product. Occasionally the component parts to an order can become separated during delivery and if this happens to you then please contact the carrier direct, quoting the tracking (consignment) number that we have given you

What should I do if my product is found to be damaged on delivery?
Please thoroughly check all items before signing the carriers receipt. If your product is damaged, please refuse to accept delivery and do not sign the carriers receipt. Please advise us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent

What do you mean by "working height" in connection with your scaffold tower sizes?
We define working height as the height that someone of average height can safely reach when using the selected tower
