40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 5.30pm
In these varied and challenging roles you will be responsible for:
Customer Service Advisor
- Helping with the daily operation of the customer service and sales department including ensuring all customers responses are dealt with efficiently.
- Dealing with customer sales and delivery queries.
- Answering email and live chat functions.
- Helping with the daily operation of the warehouse ensuring timely and accurate dispatch and unloading incoming deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with company Health and Safety policy.
