Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
We accept payment by both debit (PREFERRED PLEASE) and credit cards.

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer (account details on request) or cheque, however the goods will not be dispatched until we are in receipt of cleared funds and this therefore, may result in an extended delivery time. We are sorry but, for security reasons, we are unable to accept cash. When you place an order, it will be treated as an offer by you to purchase and we reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion. Dispatch of the goods will signify our acceptance of the order and will constitute a legally binding contract between us, the seller, and you, the purchaser, under these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time, also to adjust the price of any item on our website at our discretion.


Title of the goods shall pass to you, the purchaser, when paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the goods shall pass to you, the purchaser, at the point of delivery and we shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.


We try where possible to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, heights, weights, and images of all our products. However, due to continual development, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy and such information should only be treated as a guide.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver all orders on the next working day, providing they are received before 3pm the previous day. This is, however, subject to availability of stock and excludes orders placed on weekends or bank holidays.
Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service and all products ordered by this method will normally arrive within 1-5 working days.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your goods arrive on time however, we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you, the purchaser, or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of late or non-delivery of the order or any part thereof.

Tax Charges

All orders include VAT at current UK rate, unless otherwise stated.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed on our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.


Every product purchased from us comes with a free Lifetime Guarantee. Our guarantee covers all manufacturing faults with the product so, if your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will arrange the repair or replacement.
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover faults caused by general wear and tear, neglect or misuse, physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.
All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event you feel your product has developed a fault, we will arrange collection of the goods to inspect and either offer an exchange or refund the item. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and re-delivery, or any other costs incurred.

Unwanted Goods
All goods can be returned for a full refund for up to 7 days after the purchase date providing the goods remain unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected before reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but please note that we will charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee (or £25 whichever is greater).
If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
PLEASE NOTE: Our industrial mobile steps range are non-returnable as they are custom built so please ensure that you double check the size you need before ordering.

Goods Damaged in Transit & Shortages
You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier's receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately so we can dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us within 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carriers and trace the missing items.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
If we have been unable to resolve your complaint for you, you may submit your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolutions (ODR) platform via their website at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
