Delivery Information

Unless otherwise stated, all orders received before 4pm (12pm for Industrial Scaffold Towers), will be dispatched the same day, on a next working day delivery service (Mon - Fri excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery is free to all UK Mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands).

We also offer delivery to the Channel Islands, Republic Of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish and English Islands for an additional charge. Details of these charges are stated in the check-out procedure or by contacting us. Delivery to these areas is not next day and can take between 3 & 5 working days to arrive.

Delivery will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday. Premium delivery services for weekday or Saturday mornings are available for an extra charge. If this option is selected when ordering, it will be added on to the order total. You can obtain full details by contacting us or in the check-out process.

All items will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the point of purchase.

Delivery can be made to an address other than the invoice address - just give the details of this with your order.

Please check that all details are correct before submitting your order. We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery where the address is incorrect.

Please provide a telephone number for the delivery point so that the carrier can contact you, should they need help in finding the address. Delivery instructions may be supplied at the point of purchase if you think these will be necessary for the carrier to find your property.

Please ensure someone is at the address to accept and sign for delivery of your goods. If this is not possible then we can accept your instructions to leave the goods at your property without signature but please note this will be at your risk. BPS Access Solutions Ltd cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods if this is the case.

In the unlikely event your item(s) are damaged on delivery please refuse them and send them back with the carrier. Please also advise us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all goods are delivered on a next working day basis, from time to time issues beyond our control do occur. However, all orders will normally arrive within 1-5 days of ordering. If your order has not arrived on the day you expected, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.
